The Director will assume responsibility for the following aspects of the CapX academic program: - Development of an interdisciplinary, place-based, and project-based curriculum for grades 6-8 - Supporting teachers with curriculum implementation and instruction, professional development, - Monitoring of student progress on grade-level standards and CapX Core Competencies - Development a CapX implementation program for future cohorts of school leaders and teachers  An ideal candidate will be team-oriented, willing to apply proven and developing educational practices, and have a track record of leading adults to support student academic achievement.

The Director of Clinical Services is responsible for   managing all related service providers in the Friendship Public Charter School District.  He or she will work closely with the Director of Student Support Services, Principals and Special Education Coordinators to ensure special needs students receive all service hours established at MDT and IEP meetings. This person in this position will make sure services provided are compliant as defined by Local (Chapter 30) and Federal Special Education Laws (IDEIA) and that students with special needs attain the highest possible outcomes.    *Please Note the Salary range is $115 - $140K

This position requires excellent relationship-building and collaboration skills, superb organizational skills and attention to detail, the ability to juggle multiple projects and tasks simultaneously, and a commitment to the mission and culture of Friendship Public Charter School.  The Site Coordinator oversees the daily coordination of the after-care program at their assigned school site, including daily upkeep of the attendance database system, monitoring program flow and structure, maintaining school-based relationships with administrators and teachers, and assisting the Regional Coordinator with the management and training of the frontline staff that instruct daily programs, oversee classroom management, and implement lesson plans to keep students engaged.
