How to Apply
Step 1: If you are interested in applying to Friendship, you can view all open positions here or use the search form near the bottom of this page.
Step 2: Once you have found a position that interests you, apply by scrolling to the bottom of its web posting and clicking the “Apply to this Position” link.
Step 3: At this point, Returning Users will be asked to login while New Users must create and submit a profile to begin their application.
Step 4: Fill out the application. You may save and finish later if you wish. If you are a Returning User that has already submitted an application, ignore this step and move to Step 5.
Step 5: Complete the prescreening questions, if existent, and submit. If not existent, ignore this step and move to Step 6.
Step 6: Returning Users can automatically ignore this step and move to Step 7. For New Users, you will be asked to complete a demographic survey. You can decline to complete this survey if you wish. Please note that your demographic answers or your choice to not answer will not impact our decision to hire you.
Step 7: You should be redirected back to the position’s posting after you have applied successfully. To view the status of your application, click on the link “Go to External Applicant Portal or Dashboard” and select “View the Status of Applications” under the “General Options” section. From here on, you will also be able to login to that External Applicant Dashboard from the “Returning Users” section at the bottom of this page.
Step 8: After you have applied, please visit our Applicant Process webpage to view certain tasks that you will have to complete as a part of the hiring process.
