Friendship Public Charter Schools is seeking an Asset & Technical Support Assistant who will assist the Director of IT Operations in her/his roles and responsibilities. The Asset & Technical Support Assistant will support in the maintenance of records and databases containing information regarding warranties, and service agreements for the organization's hardware and software. The position will ensure that telecommunications systems are fully operational and supported, as well as provide assistance to technology support specialists when needed. In addition, the position will support in the, inventory, add, move, change, distribution, and receiving of district wide technology assets. The Asset & Technical Support Assistant reports directly to the Director of IT Operations.
