The success of Friendship Public Charter School is driven largely by the success of its staff. That said, the Chief People Officer (CPO) is a critical member of Friendship’s top leadership team. As the lead strategist and executor of the Friendship Public Charter School’s talent recruitment, acquisition and management program, the CPO develops, implements, and aligns HR programs with overarching organizational goals and objectives. This individual also serves as a strategic partner to the senior management team while leading the HR team to support employees in their day-to-day HR needs.

You thrive in a dynamic environment and have the ability to work on various projects simultaneously, requiring strong organizational and time management skills. You are experienced in leading organizational design, professional coaching and development and implementation of professional learning and development programs for all staff members including leaders. You have been successful in implementing organizational redesign that enabled the organization to scale and/or implementation of a progressive talent management strategy. You have the ability to develop strong, trusting relationships within your department and organization. You are also knowledgeable of human resources operations and support and can lead the team to provide excellent customer service in support of all staff. Proven success in managing organizational resources in line with budget.
